Fifteen-year-old Charley Seeger has always felt out of step with his own life… until the Time Stone chooses him as its champion. Recruited by the Azalia Global Time Council, he becomes a stonewielder apprentice and finally finds his purpose.

Then, cracks begin to show on the organization. With Injustices left unresolved, and victims left neglected, things become hard to ignore: The AGTC does not care for normal people.
